I think the Extended Edition film itself will be released on VHS but you probably wont get the extra's you would with the DVD.

All new DVD releases are on Tuesdays . . .(If y`all have ever noticed). . . Makes more sense that it will be the 14th.

Not on a Tuesday here mate, they're usually released on a Friday (like the last Harry Potter) or Monday.

Well, It might be that in the U.S. we get it on the 14th and in England you get it on the 10th. I'm not sure.
