Lost

man harly got sawyer good...lol...too bad he wont be leader for long!!! although it wouldve been a nice twist....also, do you think that bringing that other grl (from the others, jack's friend) is a good idea...i mean what if all this time the others were making it look like she was on jack's side just to get her into their "clique"...i mean what if all this is a set up, a trap, she's a spy...freakin crazy mind i have lol

I call lame on that episode. I saw a recent topic that sums up Lost.. it's called "masterbation without ejaculating". that's it right there. all this show does is jerk you off and then end before the good part.

As always I'm left saying, hey, it was amusing seeing sawyer forced to be nice (substitute that for whatever tangent happens in the other episodes) but what the hell does that have to do with the plot?

we really didn't find out much of anything and anything that can be construed as information we allready knew. basically, we're back to season 2 (or even season one if you want to really get into it) with all the losties together wondering what's the deal with the Others, and all the events of jack and kate getting captured are entirely negated and a waste of time.

and hopefully another torture scene!

yeah, but I prefer shows like Lost, that are more believable.

Nikkala made me do it!
I thoroughly enjoyed Kate's beatdown of Juliet - nice! :fight:

That line kate gave juliete about "it sucks not knowing whats going on" was classic!

I doubt they will give much info on next weeks episode. they will probably pick up after the flashback of juliet's ex getting hit by the bus, and how she came onto the island, and give a few different POV's on things we already know. I bet by the end of the episode they will flip everything around and make you question what you just saw.

It looks like Sayid will get some answers, but I doubt they will let us in on it.

I think the only true explanation we will get is from Locke and when Michael and Walt return from their boat trip to nowhere.

There's only like 5 or 6 episodes left and ratings are dropping every week. They better start explaining shit or this show aint gonna make it next season.

Peace.

yeah, really. and that's a shame, I'd be really pissed if this show got canceled. they know what they need to do, the fans know that they want to see, by now they should have established that. We don't expect to get all the answers, but give us something. even if it just means solving one mystey reveals another.

Compare it to where we were at the begining and end of season two. we learned a good deal of things and a lot happened as far as the storyline and plot goes. This season just feels like one really long episode that just keeps getting stretched out. first quarter of the season is them being captured. second is them going to rescue jack. third quarter is them rescuing jack and him finally coming back. I think all that could have been done in five episodes. I mean four of them were just them going back and forth accross the Island. If they really need to kill time that much and they are out of Ideas, then they should just end it next season and tell everything all at once.

^^^^
Good point.

They could actually expalin the island in a way that we the viewers know what is going on, and we just wait to see how the characters figure it out.

I got a feeling the producers might do something like that. They kinda did that with the X-Files before it got canned.

Peace.

Looks like I was partly correct. Julette didnt explain shit and it was obvious 2 weeks ago she is still linked with the Others. And Jack's dumb ass is falling for her routine. The only thing they explained is the females cant have kids, thats why they been abducting them. No big surprise.

My man Sayid should start taking control over everything, he is the type of person to get answers.

Peace.

I knew those fuckers were lying!

But claire did have her kid, and the only reason that she suffered an ill effect was because of the Others. Also so did Rousou. Remember that those "immunizations" are fake, they made Desmond take it to to trick him into staying in the hatch, and charlie injected himself to test it. all through the episode my bullshit detecter was going off. obviously that story is not entirely true, but there was *something* going on with the women on the island that julliette was working on, because she was talking to Ben about it candidly, and had no reason to be lying.

Yeah, it didn't really reveal any news, but it was a nice insight into the inner-workings of the Others, and I'm glad to see all doubts about whether they are indeed 'the good guys" dispelled.

im hoping someone can do some sluthing as to who it was.

if it was sayids girlfriend then that links 2 more characters.

Did anyone notice the picture on the monk's desk? I'm hearing that it was a picture with the monk, and the white haired lady from Desmond's crazy flashback in it. Pretty Interesting.

I'm almost positive that it was not Naudia aka. sayids girlfreind in the chute. seems to me to be a new character that we haven't seen yet. most likely someone that penny hired to find desmond, which was alluded to in the season 2 finale. I don't know why desi thought that it would be her on the island, because he never saw her in his vision, he just saw the two of them together the same as the picture he has, which came true because he found another copy of the picture. It really doesn't make any sense that letting charlie die or saving him would have any consequence on that premonition coming true, because everything else happened the way he saw it and it didn't effect anything relating to the helicopter and the person arriving on the island.

how the hell is mr.eyepatch alive haha, man thats some acting job he pulled off in the "electromagnetic field"
im glad hes back, he seems like an interesting character. imagine he came back in the end and was the one to kill charlie? seems ironic cause they had yet another chance to capture him.
seemed to me almost like desmond and mr.eyepatch knew each other? anyone else get that?

good episode, lots of stuff building towards the finale
