Seriously though, I just wanted to give my two cents worth for the discussion. I tend to be a little long winded sometimes but I just wanted to be as clear as possible. I don't like "stirring the pot" much so I try to be as open minded as possible about views that may seems foreign to most Americans, no pun intended.

Wow, I miss out on the forum by a few days and everyone is talking about women. I had heard that there was some big bruha with some posters when the few soldiers were telling the prisoners to wear panties and dog collars. Then it got taken off of the forum.
So, I thought that I would tune in today and listen to the same whiners who give crap to the US for making guys walk around naked. I want to hear how they justify the beheading of a contractor. A frigging contractor, NOT a combatant. I'm a frigging contractor, I build to help not to kill. Guy was there to help the locals and the vermin take a blade to his head. Where was all the whining when they tore the other four contractors to pieces and hung them on a bridge. What about Daniel Pearl, a journalist, where is the uproar when his head is sitting on a desk? I piss on their graves. I hope they die in a pig pen.
By the way the guys in those pictures were the real bad guys(Bathe party bad guys, Syrians, Iranians), these terrorists would rather die than be naked. Too bad they can't parade em naked down the main street of Flaujjal(sp?). Just watch the media have a hay day with that.

I tend to be more left of center on most soacial and economic issuies, but I also share some conservitive viewpoints. So I lable myself as a progressive.

Kerry volunteered for combat; Bush tried to avoid it while still claiming some of the resume line. He got closer than I, and I respect the committment of all of our National Guard. But Kerry has looked down the barrel of a gun and taken fire. He's looked the demon in the eye, and has returned to tell us about it.
Geroge II didn't take fire, and made career choices to insure that he didn't. Doesn't make him a coward. But by comparison, it does make Kerry a hero.
I feel a rant coming on. I could go on for thousands of words on this, and nobody really wants that, do they?

Im a Liberal and let me first say that Im sick and tired of all these rightwing conservatives saying that liberal is a bad word like it should be censored or something. Second let me say that George W. Bush is a Lying cheat lets just say that it's not coincidence that his father was head of the C.I.A. as well as being a former President and he saw no combat during the Vietnam War. It is also no coincidence that he won Florida when his brother is the Governor. My theory is that his former C.I.A. father set the whole thing up, George Bush Senior put one of his sons in Florida to ensure his other son could become President because he knew the election would come down to a state like Florida or some other battleground state.
