Jewish groups slam Arizona immigration law

Holder is in practical terms the top law officer in the country. It's part of his job investigate and advise on questions of law. Which there are questions with the AZ law.

Just because a law is passed or signed doesn't mean it's constitutional. The courts will decide ultimately whether it is or not if it gets challenged. But that is how the scope of our rights are defined, by case law and precedence based on constitutional trappings.

I know it's his job, he's failing miserably at it.

Well with the new supreme court line up I'm sure Az law will be ruled unconstitutional which it isn't. And the health care plan if it is even brought into question will be ruled constitutional which it isn't. Free speech and guns to go next.

The temperament of the court has not changed. A liberal is retiring (John Paul Stevens) and he's being replaced with a liberal, Elena Kagan.

Meh, I know I'm right.

No you don't. The U.S. has a much larger pool of talent to draw from for Pilots, a larger Defense budget, more combat experience, much larger and more diverse training area,--- we don't share ALL of our aircraft technology with them either.

Go ahead and say that Israel's defense industry technology is better than the U.S. too.

Well of course I do.
If you knew anything about aviation an Israeli F-15 or F-16 pilot is just as effective as a U.S. one.
Israel gets by with what is has and makes the most of it. Pilots are considered the creme de la creme of the IDF.
Btw larger doesn't mean better in this case.

Yeah all the other metrics for measuring the quality of an Air Force don't matter because Israel gets "special" points. You sound like another fanboi.

The U.S. has both those aircraft and will be fielding the F-22.

Yes very good. We already have the F-22 in service, there is no "will be". You should've mentioned the F-35......Israel might get a few.

Might not. So what is all that about Israel being a better Air Force? I see a lot of fanbois saying their special operations units are better too. It seems like they met their match against those activists last month.

Well I don't know what the heck a fanboi is and I don't really care about Israel's spec ops "groups".

I'm only interested in the one branch that can hammer it's adversaries without mercy.

I was confused about what you were saying. Apparently you are saying Israel's Air Force is better in comparison to that of the fairly impotent regimes which surround her. I know you're not implying the IAF is better...or even as good as the USAF.

By no metric would that be the case. The US has the best, most skilled pilots, better equipped and in this case bigger is better without a doubt.

You can be outnumbered if you have better pilots. You can be outnumbered if you have the better planes. In this case the IAF has neither and they're outnumbered.
