meh, I think people are getting worked up for nothing. I live and always have lived close to the beach. (natives don't call it the shore fyi) The first season some dipshits here in jersey were bitching and moaning "oh no, it's going to ruin jersey and our reputation" which is total bullshit. Here in jersey we already have a shitty rep sooo can't really get any worse lol Really though, after the first season it settled and people here realized that most understand it's a show...even though dubbed reality, we all know it's put on to make it more entertaining and that their actions don't represent the whole of NJ. Simply, the Italians need to just chill out and enjoy the influx of tourism

some realize its just a show but most, especially young yet to be fully formed suggestible mush brains think its actually how Americans act.

Well, agree to disagree I guess Like another poster said, the show is just for fun. Those that take it too seriously and pass judgement because of it are the ones with the problem. Also, I have yet to visit a country that people disliked me or had a negative opinion of me simply because I was from the us. They may not agree with government policy, but not probs with the people. That again has just been my experience
