Of all people Complaining about stereotypes when you ROUTINELY stereotype Muslims(Islam), Hispanics, Blacks,etc......and other minorities

Do you ever think how the vast majority of Muslims,Hispanics & Blacks must feel when people like you judge them by what a small segment of their population does?


Maybe in the future before you judge other ethnic groups or religions you will think about "The Jersey Shore" & how it pisses you off/ offends you as a person of Italian descent. So you say.

I live in another continent. I'm treated differently everyday by almost everybody I interact with, and not always in a positive way and all because I have an accent ( and also because I have a muscular, masculine body and not the body of a tall ,malnourished 8 year old like most men here have.).
I get ignored, treated with indifference, people try to scam me, women use me for sex then return to their goofy colombian feminine under developed weakling boyfriends and other stuff all the time.

I'm not complaining about stereotypes with this jersey shore thing.
I'm just saying they're assholes and do make Italians but mostly Americans look bad..
I also have said they effect youth and adults in a negative way because it creates the conception that being like they are is cool and acceptable.
I have also said theyre not from new jersey and most arent even Italian, some I suppose are part.
Earlier in this thread I expressed my feelings, but stereotyping wasn't really my main problem, mostly just the negative effects the show has.
Plus that theyre assholes.

As far as me stereotyping races.
I try not to do that and if you actuallly read my posts you would see that,
We discuss a lot of social issues here and I don't hold back, i call them as I see them, regardless of race or anything.
If the shoe fits as they say.
Stereotyping is for example all blacks are on welfare, all muslims are terrorists , all mexicans are illegal aliens............I've never said anything like that about any group but I have given my opinions about people and usually backed up by fact or examples........thats not stereotyping.

Too bad you can't see that.

I've never seen the show... and I never will. Much like the casts on the various Real House Whores shows on Bravo, I simply hate what they all represent. Maybe they're harmless enough - I don't know. But I think I can find better ways to spend my time... like drinking untaxed liquor while watching porn, or something constructive like that.
