Is the tea party the 21st century KKK?

I don't remember seeing any Klansman getting a boner for Allen West and Marco Rubio.

Trying to diminish the "Tea Parties" by comparing them to true hate groups is a huge insult to all who risked and gave their lives for the Civil Rights movement. Who'd have thought that the 21st century's McCarthyism would be painting your political enemies as racists!?

It amazes me that some people think freedom of speech only applies when they agree with what is being said.

Very true... Pelosi and all the lefties currently denouncing these protests are the same people who called Bush a Nazi, said he should be killed, and said it was every citizen's DUTY to protest.

Bunch of fucking hypocrites if you ask me...

I would not put it past radical libs, to make those threats or tamper with gas lines in an effort to make it seem that the Tea Party was responsible.

If and when arrests are made, there can be more of a conclusion drawn.

Until then, it is all speculation on who is responsible.

One fact remains, there is a groundswell of disenchanted voters out there and the Dems know that this movement is growing and could effect their majorities.

So they are being proactive to demonize not just a few, but everyone associated with the Tea Party.

Re: Is the tea party the 21st century KKK?

Please refrain from manufacturing spectacles out of relatively isolated incidents.
The actions of an individual are just that, the actions of an individual and as such should be judged accordingly. For all we know, these pests
have come over from the other side as agent provocateurs.

Rule of thumb :thefinger

Really, tea baggers would actually leave this country? Will they be singing "God Bless America" as they head out the door to....who would want them? Seriously. I don't see a lot of enterprise-minded individuals at their rallies. :dunno:

Stay calm, Keith, you still have your day show ahead of you. ;)

That may well be the most unimformed thing I have ever read on Freeones (outside of Will E).

The in the last week the tea baggers screamed in the face of a man that has Parkinson’s Disease, they yelled ****** and faggot at Congress members , they spit on a Congressman who was a Civil Rights leader.

They have made thousands of death threats to members of Congress and employees, (so many that the Capital police can't keep up.)

They are vandalizing Congressional Offices. I personally saw one push an elderly woman into the street in front of my Congresswoman's office before he was arrested.

They carry signs that depict the President of the United States (who by the way received more votes than any other person in any US election) as a monkey.

There is no other way to put it than to say it is racist domestic terrorism.

No. Not at all.

I am going to break my vow of giving up cursing for Lent and say that is the dumbest fucking thing I have seen written here in a long time.

I went to a couple tea party events and they ejected anyone who even showed the slightest semblance of racism. There were even a couple of black speakers there.

Go stick your head in a toilet.

It's a common tactic of the left to plant radical people in right wing events. This is a FACT.

By "they", you refer to an extremely small fringe minority of people who are frustrated by government and choose to show it via hateful live demonstration or anonymous threats. 11 examples within a population exceeding 300 million.

You are taking a broad section of Americans who consist of multiple races and both genders, and condemning them based on the worst examples of its minority.

You, sir, are a bigot. And not only a bigot, but one who chooses to turn a blind eye towards the death threats and shootings allegedly aimed at Republicans like Dick Army and Eric Cantor.

Have you no decency??:thefinger

As my pappy always used to ask . . . "Who are they?" :1orglaugh

Prove to me that these so called "theys" are who they claim to be.
I've seen this shit before,it's the oldest trick in the book ! Why would anybody endeavor to give the opposition ammunition for the MSM ?

Sorry Charlie, it jus don't add up !

And these "death threats" they are getting are likely from their party as well. You wanna talk about low - using plants to project vile and fabricated propaganda - it doesn't get any lower than that. And the sad part is that it is a smear move that will be effective.

Yeah Ok, these acts are primarily a sham orchestrated by the DMC

I guess you haven't been paying attention to the unrelenting hateful, inciting lies and slurs the right wing media's been issuing on a daily basis for going on two years now. I guess you never heard Glenn Beck call the president a racist who hates white people. Never heard the whole lot of them calling him an america-hating marxist. Never heard the likes of Palin claiming he wants to euthanize our senior citizens. Because if you've been paying attention you'd know that the brick throwing, the death threats, the spitting, and the racial epithets are completely consistent with the mindset those propagandist fucktards have been irresponsibly engendering among their disciples.

Oh please. Get out the freaking violins.
The bullet that hit Cantor's office building window had been fired randomly into the air at great distance. Neither Cantor nor his office were targets.

lol. The stuff Glen Beck and Sarah Palin said was, what..."racist"? You cheapen the word the way you use it so much. As far as all these other claims, it sure sounds like some people I know:

 What a maroon. Cheapening the word racist? Beck's comment is the epitome of race baiting and fear mongering.

Tea baggers are descending on Harry Reid's hometown and charging Wasilla Sarah with being their leader.....Is there a more out of touch collection of imbeciles garnering media attention?

But it's the people who keep badmouthing the Wasilla herbilly that keep her in the news.:1orglaugh

The truth to the matter is that politicians in general, whether they be republican or democratik, receive death threats and they always have !:dunno: , but to sit here and convict the tea party movement in it's entirety without a "fair trial" is unbecoming American.

Now act like grownups and don't get sucked up into all of the passion espoused
by keith oldburntman. :nono: :1orglaugh
