Implanted breasts are not fake breasts. They are enhanced (or ruined - depending on your point of view).

I find this thread incredibly interesting. I never thought there were people out there that actually considered the scars from implants sexy, wow! I learn something new everyday. I think that is awesome, however I have to say I always thought really visible scars was a sign of a bad surgeon. Reduction surgery and 3rd and 4th surgeries are obviously going to have worse scaring but the one thing I will forever love my Dr. for was minimal scarring. Now that they have really settled in (my boobs that is) I actually get people asking me if they are real?!?!?! To me that is a compliment. Up close and personal few men or women can find my scars. Great thread guys and thanks for the interesting perspectives!

They're awful and the only reason they exist is because the porn stars are too eager to either get a decent surgeon or wait a few weeks until performing so the stitch-marks can disappear. To the ones who have permanent ones, too bad, it just made you a lot less attractive. I agree with dave rhino, naturals are the best.
