Well, my only suggestion is to confront her with everything that's bothering you and talk about it (though maybe not in the ranting style you've done so beautifully here). Tie her to a chair if she doesn't agree or if she gets up mid-discussion. If you're going to be married to this girl, you should be able to be honest and up-front with her and she should be able to accept and respect that. If she can't, won't, doesn't, etc., she's not the one for you.
