This is one of those situtions I feel is like a non watered down letter in a sunday tabloid problem page. The problem presents itself and while the answer is so painfully obvious, peoplle choose to acknowledge the correct course of action and run the other way.
I sense low levels of maturity on both parties, you for rushing head first into this "relationship" and her for the way she repeatedly treats you and needs your constant validation.
I cant offer advice on this situation because I would never get into one, or anything closely resembling it. That and one of my foremost rules would be never to date anyone I work with.
