The our mind taught us to try to understand our fears, to lessen our desires and to calmly and courageously accept the things we cannot change. It replaces fear, not with irrational belief but with rational understanding.

Really? Odd that they describe themselves, on their website as a "faith-based" charity, and the founder notes that she found "God through Christianity" and "became a Champion in life through the power of Jesus Christ" - their mission statement notes : "Our mission is to share the good news of Jesus Christ" & "This outreach is motivated by the amazing love of God." They even have a page just called God's Help. If these guys aren't Christian, then they are doing a pretty good job of faking it.
