How Do You Make Your Ramen Soup?

I'm very basic:
I add chicken bouillon to the boiling water, add the noodles. When they're done, I drain most of the water out, put it back on the flame, add the flavor packets and then a little soy suace or teriyaki sauce and let it boil for a few seconds. Serve hot.

Just was wondering how you make your ramen soup.
I know some people add meat, even spam to theirs.
Share your ways and maybe we can have a Freeones Ramen Potluck!

After boiling, I dump the contents into a collander and from there I dump the cooked Ramen into a separate pan of near boiling water, then, I usually add about 2/3 of the bouillon flavoring packet for a lower sodium preference. Chicken is my preferred flavor.
If I feel ambitious and I have some celery & carrots, I'll cook em in boiling water for a bit and add them to the mix. If I prepped a chicken the night before, even better, as I'll chop up some chicken breast and add that in. :yummie:

Throw away the sodium....errr flavor pack. Add a modest few sprinkles of soy sauce and dried seaweed. Maybe some egg whites from time to time.

IDK I stopped eating Ramen noodles after college.

I stopped eating it cause I'm vegan (most ramen soups have ****** broth base). When I did eat it, I would throw out half of the little packet of 'flavoring' and add chopped scallion and mushrooms.

I go to google and search for the words "Ramen Soup", then once I've found out what it is, I come back to FreeOnes and type these words in this text box.

So there.

First, I get a pot of water and put it on the burner, usually turning the flame up as high as I can until the contents come to a boil. Then, I put the block of noodles into the boiling pot, turn the flame down as low as I can, and let it set for about five minutes. I then drain the water, and put the noodles into the bowl. I then open the taste package, and pour it over the noodles. I then dump the mess into my trashcan and make myself a nice peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

With noodles, water, seasoning, and whatever vegetables come in the packet, and then I use a shitload of Tabasco sauce. I can't eat ramen if it doesn't have, like, half a bottle of Tabasco sauce.

I heat a bowl of water in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add the noodles and cover for 10 minutes. Drain water and stir in seasoning. With some other random **** I have around the kitchen at the time.

As a finishing touch in my chicken salads, I'll crumble dried ramen noodles over the top and toss too my hearts delight :yummie:

No flavoring packet in the salad !!

If you think you're very basic I'm the most basic. I take a measuring cup, add 1 1/2 cup of warm water, break the ramen noodle in fours, sometimes five or six pieces because I don't like the noodles to be too long, pour them into the measuring cup and add the flavoring, put it in the microwave and heat it for 3 minutes. My favorite is pork followed by picante chicken.

Take the pack, still packaged, and beat it on a hard surface so that all the noodles are crushed. Put the noodles in a microwavable bowl. Take any canned beans or canned mixed veggies, and drain out the water. Put the beans or veggies on top the noodles. Add water to just above the surface. Put in microwave for 4 or 5 minutes. Take out, and drain 90% of the water. Mix in about half the seasoning, cus it has alot of sodium in it. Mix well. Place in freezer for 5 minutes. Take out and stir up real good. Place it back in freezer for 5 more minutes, and it's done! I love ramen noodles, and I've been cooking them like this for a long time. It's one of the cheapest meals you can cook at home that will actually fill you up. Enjoy!
