I think for this type of offence you're just going to have to pay however much the court decides to award or however much can be agreed upon by both parties. But I suppose if you can't pay the fine, or you're caught doing it multiple times you could face some.

Depending on severity of the crime and how much he actually did steal I am sure it will be somewhere along the line of the FBI warning you see in beginning of movies. $250,000 fine and/or 5 years in federal prison.

It is copyright after all. However, I doubt it will go that far, especially considering what it is he's taking.

It varies depending on how far it goes. He will most likely end up having to pay for damages, typical court fees, lost of sales, that sort. If he keeps on he will end up in real hot water.

He's screwing himself over big time if he keeps it up. Especially after being warned a few times by the actual owners. He then completely shoved all out of court civility off the table basically when he started his own website and started sharing it again, insulting them, and coming on another board with connections to Brazzers/Owners and insulting them and rubbing it in their face.

He's basically loading a .45 and shooting himself in the foot.
