But as a guy who has done some years working as a lay judge at a german court, dealing with guys who done stupid acts of law-breaking, you all have one thing in common... you somehow miss that gene that makes other people see things coming their way.
You see, the works of courts can take up to a year or more at times, if there are server logs involved that have to be collected from the companies involved including your website host. And then the estimated damage needs to be documented.
I do hope you keep on posting after you got the invite for a little session facing a judge. If possible, ask someone to snap a couple of picture of your face as the judge reads you the sentence. The dropping of the jaw and the 'WTF is happening here?' impression is priceless :thumbsup:

You will not be seeing jail time. Not on a first offense. Then again, it depends on how badly BangBros and their lawyers can screw you. You will, if it goes to court, have court fees and a huge fine, possibly other by law conditions. Be monitored and if caught stealing, posting stolen content, and all that then you will see possible jail time. Especially if they put you on probation. Which they most likely will if it goes to court.
BangBros is a huge porn company and they have the money to hire lawyers that can screw you over. That's why people are telling you to be nice and comply. Instead of insulting them and rubbing it in their face by admitting you are stealing and distributing their stolen content.
