Have anyone in here ever been in a real fight?

i'm not a fighter but i will if it is needed. as an adult i have been in one fight. my brother
was confronted by a group of guys and one of them coldcocked him with brass knuckles.
i had to do something but there was about five of em. so i grabbed the dude who cheap
shotted him and put him in a sleeper hold. while doing so, the rest of em were beating my face in. i didnt care though, i held on until the dude was knocked out. when i let go my face was all bloody and the other guys actually ran away. it was worth it though as nothing happened to my brother after the guy hit him. i ended up with stitches and a major headache.

I've had my fair share. I abhor the use of weapons and ganging up, a fair one-on-one fight involving 2 consenting participants should be left to play itself out.
My favorite tactic was to try to hit the other person as many times as I could, while if possible avoiding being hit myself. It may sound overly complex, but that's the way I did it.

Yes. Back in my NAVY days we would tussle with jar-heads and grunts over the most stupidest things in some rinky dink hell hole hoe club in PI. Must of been the home sickness or something.

Now that I am wiser, I will walk away from a confrontation, unless I see that someone in my immediate family is in danger, then thats when the shit will hit the fan.

Sorry pacifist, dont like fights. As for weapons, a REAL man uses his fists and a pussy uses guns who in turn shoots the REAL mans head off. paciFIST?

Whenever I have a fight, I show up in drag, so I have an excuse when I kick straight for the jewels!

I've been in a few. Not proud of any of them, except one. There was this kid in my high school who kept animal bones in his locker. What kind of sick fuck does a thing like that? So anyway, one day he throws a cat femur at me as I'm passing by, and it was on. The only thing that saved his life was his staggeringly stacked girlfriend using her rack to separate us.

A REAL man can avoid a physical fight using intelligence and reason.

I really wish that were always the case. Unfortunately, sometimes there are idiots out there that force you to prove that wrong,...probably because they lack either intelligence or reason.

As a kid i got in fights all the time, id never use a weapon though unless my family or loved ones were in grave danger.

My tactics in a fight are basic...cause as much pain as humanly possible on the other, if that means crushing testicles, gouging eyes, biting, breaking bones then so be it. In a fight winning is everything.

Thankfully the last time i was in a fight was about 15 years ago approx. Maturity and intelligence are the best ways to avoid those situations.

Favourite tactic? Hmmm, being sober!

The thing is, when I'm drunk I think I can fight anybody, but my body doesn't move as quick as I think it can. So I definetly lost quite a few while intoxicated.

But sober, I am actually a pretty good fighter for a smaller guy (5'6").

Oh, and as far as using a weapon?? Never done that and don't think I really could unless my life of the life of a loved one is threatened. I've had a couple friends get serious charges for using a weapon when they really didn't need to.

Well yes, and having worn a badge for almost ten years, I've certainly found that to be the case. But, I always felt better when I was able to talk a situation down from that level, whether it be me, or other people about to fight each other.

Still, when you gotta roll up the sleeves...

My favorite notion that drunk, high, angry, or just plain asshole-ish people was that it was going to be like some bout of fisticuffs at dawn when the had to fight the cops. No- it's not meant to be fair. It's meant to get their stupid ass in custody, so there will be nothing fair about it.

Can't tell you how many times I had to hear some drunk, abusive asshole (quite content to thump his wife and feel big about it) practically crying as he fought a bunch of us screaming "Real fair! Four against one!"

Fair? I wasn't aware we were going for honor there, pal. But you know, beer and Jaegermeister can affect perception, so maybe he just didn't remember being asked several times to sit down, shut up, or turn around and put his hands behind his back.

Know how a drunk tells cops he wants to fight them? He says:

"I'm not going to jail..."

It happened to me in to be in some fights when I was a teenager and as an adult.
As a teenager I was provoked unfairly so I decided to use full force and high kick on my opponent. As an adult, I used my fists because some people started trouble deliberately and couldn't be reasoned normally.
I am not a fighter but I don't like disrupters and troublemakers in general. I avoid fighting because first I don't want trouble and because second it can often turn in many against one, not many people have the balls to fight one against one.
On the other hand, you have calm people who are not drunk but who are really dangerous and who can easily stab you in the back when you don't look back or are not on your guards. People are unpredictable these days.

Take a wrestling class. Most people have no idea what to do when you take them to the ground. I prefer the rear naked choke. When someone is unconsciouss they lose their will to fight.

I've been in a few. Not enough. One of them, I had a friend who was once going off on me when he was wasted and we had a couple females over. He got so far out of line that I had to put him in his place. I fractured his skull and busted him up quite a bit, but it was warranted. Pretty much shatered my right hand in the process.

I've seen some pretty crazy street fights though. Real good stuff. My crew when growing up was always down, because it wasn't the best around my area growing up. Too many war stories to be listed here.

That is so true !

In just a few years it has gone from one on one fights to group assaults, backstabbing, and pure murder over a thing like an mp3-player. I have since several months moved back to my hometown but ever since I left the military I've only been involved in (thank god) one fight. That was not even a fight. 3 guys (prospects to a world-wide MC-gang) was waiting outside a bar, me and my "crew" was about to leave and just as we stepped out on the street one of us got kicked in the head and fell down, then they kicked a few more times and ran. It was all over in a second. Unecessary violence towards innocent people is about to become a part of a regular day nowadays. I didnt even used to arm myself when I was to go outside, today I do, screwdriver or fistiron.

So these observations georges has made are not completely taken out of his fantasy-world, hehehe.
