To capture him; you will need to down him first, then pick him up as a meatshield, and take him back to your base. If you shoot the 'meatflag' enough times while he's being dragged back to the enemies' base, his captor will lose him and he'll go berserk on everyone around him. Respawning and stats for the amount of kills the AI-controlled 'meatflag' will appear on the intermission leaderboard. -Retooled Hammerburst sounds beefier and has the ability for semi-automatic. It now has a barrel extension. The faster you tap the the right trigger, the faster it fires. However, with the faster fire rate comes more recoil. It is more accurate at longer range and does more damage than the Lancer

Grenade tagged players can also injure teammates if they get too close to them. The poison grenade is actually a baby Nemacyst inker attached to a regular grenade

-Bullet shields. Metal shield (adorned with Locust symbols) that blocks enemy fire. You can only equip a pistol when carrying the shield. Movement will be dramatically slower when using the shield. very nice info!

i gotta say i played the first one and i couldn't wait till i finished the game to trade it in. to repetitive. scenery and all the eariness of the game was cool but i got tired of it by the time i got to the room where you have the berserker have to smash through the pillars that hold up the roof/ceiling to get the opening for the dawn of god weapon.
i thought the game was cool but i probably will not get GoW2

hammer of dawn. The game is a blast online if you've got a group of 10 friends or so who are all drunk and talkin shit the whole time! I know that the online will be fun for me so I'll be picking this up for sure! Plus its the 360's graphical masterpiece! Kinda like god of war was for PS2

Spleen

Banned?
I've never played Gears of War, at first it's because I couldn't be bothered, and now it's because I'm waiting for GOW2. But I am reaaaaally looking forward to it.

5 enhanced maps from the original available to download with each new copy. Canals, Gridlock, Mansion, Subway, and Tyro Station. And a gold plated hammerburst code available only to those who attend the midnight release.

http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/915/915989p1.html

Next question is...who's getting this at midnight on the 6th? I'll be there, just reserved my copy!

i never really fell for it
the campaign mode is a bit too repetitive and online shooters for xbox are all bleak in comparison to halo in my opinion. even so, PC is the platform for multiplayer shooters.

to be a little more positive, it was a good game for sure, but i won't buy the sequel, nothing for me :)

Halo? Shit, halo 3 was halo 2 reworked. Nothing new AT ALL! I just love gears. I'll be honest, the blood, guts and blatent gore have me hopelessly hooked! Nothing quite like chainsawing your buddy in half!
