Game of Thrones

I know what you mean, my best mate watches it with me but prefers to go two weeks in between so that there is two episodes to watch back to back, since one never feels quite enough.

Especially if it's an episode where we've missed Dany or Tyrion. For completely different reasons, I assume.

I really wish they'd do a two hour extended version to end the season. I read that they added 4-5 minutes per episode this season (like another full episode over the course of the season) and that was cool. But a two hour wrap would be even cooler. Also, I wish they'd do what Breaking Bad used to do: drop in some webisodes during the off season. Nothing major or earth shattering... just some tidbits that might give more details as to what happened during the regular season. You know, just some stuff that they edited out for episode length reasons or whatever. Or <insert biting sarcasm> maybe some of the important stuff that they dropped so they could insert meaningless, gratuitous sex scenes that added absolutely nothing to the overall story. Hey, I like sex scenes as much as the next feller. But not when they get in the way of a damn good story - which this is.

I hope your are attempting some (bad) sarcasm or something, otherwise I would have to assume you believe G.R.R.Martin actually wrote that and The Onion isn't a satire site and writes it's own stuff.
Please don't be that lame...

LOL, you cracked me up!

speaking of sex, whats up with that Podrick guy?
do they ever explain it?

I hope so, otherwise it was just schoolboy sex humour inserted for Dan & Dave's amusement and no relevance to the story. No, there was nothing about Tyrion rewarding Pod by taking him to Baelish's brothel in the books. Well... in the books, Baelish doesn't have a brothel, but that's not the point.

Incidentally that account of "Campbells" historically being a clan of turncoats created great mirth for myself and other Tottenham fans, I can assure you.

It was in his bloodline all along.

So funny... though it does begin to wear thin after about the 5th time. But great reaction from Masie Williams! :rofl2:

Always dismissed this show without watching it (presumably the reason I dismissed it).
Doing some work on the laptop today, The Borgias on TV, got really into it, now I think I really should watch all of Game of Thrones, The Borgias and The Tudors.
If only I had time.

I actually saw it coming, Just by the way Frey was acting and the fact that Bolton was there, he's a sneaky fuck.
Remember , he could have delivered Jaime to the Starks personally, the fact that he didn't says a lot.

I felt like the episode was really strange as I was watching it. Everything just seemed off. People's reactions, the way the camera panned to people's faces, etc. But I had no idea they were all going to die lol. Just thought the director was out sick and they had someone subbing for him.
