Favorite Pink Floyd Album?

1. Division Bell

2. David Gilmour - on an island

and

3. Wish you were here.

At heart mother was good too, and I love comfortably numb, just to sit back and get wasted while I listen to it. Roger Waters has like 3 albums that I never heard, but I think they were good. Anyway, umm, Division Bell and On an Island were atrocious to listen to at first, but they really grew on me. They are great albums, but very hard to listen to at first.

One of the best selling albums ever if I remember correctly. Us and them is probably my favorite on it.

I was always too afraid to drop acid (I think your'e supposed to drop and watch it?). I've done shrooms a few times, but I don't know, I guess I heard too many horror stories related to acid. :dunno:

Dark Side. The Wall. Can't decide....they are both musical masterpieces. By the way, OP, I don't think it is fair to include albums like The Division Bell. I realize Gilmour and company have the name, but without Waters, it's not Pink Floyd. Granted, they are good albums, and the guitar riffs from Gilmour make it sound like Floyd, but without the manic, driving energy of Roger Waters behind each bass riff, it just isn't Pink Floyd.

Animals or Meddled. Umma Gumma is good too, but Animals was the first cd I ever bought. In fact, I went stereo shopping, and had to hear a song I knew would be a good test for the unit's sound, so I bought Animals, dropped it in the drawer and cranked up Sheep....REAL loud. Thats how I knew which set up to buy.
