I started to name a few dishes, but now that I stop and think, I've yet to try ANY Asian dish that I haven't liked. Some more than others, but it's all pretty damned good. I do eat a LOT of Mongolian beef, though.
Oh, you guys realize that General Tao's chicken isn't even a Chinese dish? It was created by Chinese restaurants in America because it would sell well here (and people said I couldn't learn anything watching Food Network).
