chicken fired rice
This local place I like is open til 2:30 in the morning, so when the bars close we hit it up.
They have k plate that is awesome its general gau chicken, pork fried rice, pork ribs and crab rangoons.
Always have to get a couple of things of the spicy mustard, man im hungry now.

actually Sushi is also found in China, but is mainly seen as Japanese.
And i love Sushi as well.

Chicken fried rice with stir fried mixed vegtables and that prawn toast stuff.
It All sucks!
one evening in China my wife and i ate black chicken for dinner. that night she felt the horniest and hottest in bed in her whole life and we assume that the black chicken was the reason - a true aphrodesiac (for her anyway).

There was a chinese place in my hometown that made the most incredible fried wontons. They were roughly like the crab rangoon that you get at most chinese places, but they used a ton of crab meat and onion, and they didn't use cream cheese. It was something chunkier and not as sweet, like ricotta or cottage cheese. I've never found another place that made them, though I've managed to make a decent approximation in my own deep frier.
