Chicken w/Garlic Sauce. A lot of places don't do it that well, unfortunately. It needs to have a thick sauce (not watery) and be extra spicy.
Though it's not a Chinese food, I love those pizza rolls that most of the Chinese places sell. I prefer those to any of those frozen pizza rolls you get from the supermarket. The Chinese ones are always nice and greasy
Mongolian Beef or Singapore Chow Mei Fun (The latter is a noodle dish with a lighter noodle like angel hair pasta with shrimp, beef, chicken, some veggies and it's a bit spicy)
I only like to frequent the joints that have an open kitchen. It's kind of fun watching the chefs go to town with their woks as they use centrifugal forces and gravity to flip the food as the cook .
I had some shrimp and scallops tonight. The Jasmine tea and green beans were great. The basket containing the food was edible! The food was brought to the table in 5 minutes.
