Assuming that isn't a possibility, how does one get involved in the business off-camera-wise, and how big of a team does it take to run a site as large as yours?

Learn the industry; join industry message boards; have a computer/IT background, learn how tubes work, start blogs, tumblrs - figure out a way to get eyes on your site!

Right now we are about 28 people and growing!
