My question: Amar if you could go back in time and change the future for TeamSkeet so that it could become more popular and promote more growth for the website than how it is now what would you do to accomplish that or are you satisfied with how TeamSkeet is currently and if so what in particular makes you satisfied with its current popularity and growth?
If the above question(s) was already asked then my question would be: Amar if you presented a lecture in-person to people hoping to enter the porn industry to create their own companies and websites with the hope of becoming at the least as popular and notable as TeamSkeet then what advice would you give them from your experience in the industry and creating TeamSkeet from the bottom up?
If the two questions above were already asked then my question would be: Amar if TeamSkeet ceased to exist right now as you are reading this and you had to start over and create a new website that would become more popular and successful than TeamSkeet ever was, what would you do differently this time around compared to what you did for TeamSkeet to accomplish this using your past experiences and knowledge of the porn industry and consumer demand?

Part A:
The economy def has played a part in girls flocking to our industry but we shouldn't discount the social changes in our society as well. Girls are more comfortable sharing their bodies on social media, or sending pics out. Every girl has nudes now!
Part B:
Craziest thing to happen on set: Well I dont go to set often but a couple of quick points:
Model showing up buzzed with a water bottle full of vodka!
Another thing I found oddly disturbing! Model was getting her make up down and complaining to the make up artist how her bf had beaten her and choked her out the night before. Cops were called on the bf and got arested. Brave soul made it to her shoot. Watching the scene and during the filming, she asks the stud to choke her out - I was WTF - all over the place.
Kind of fell into it! Used to work for another big porn company right after college; worked with for few years (THANK YOU FOR OPP GUYS {in case they read this}). Started our own with my brother!
Crazy how life works.
The biggest metrics in our industry are New Sales and Retention. We work on increasing both daily. We have good estimates on what our competitors are doing and we use that to measure the level of success. As underdogs in this arena its good to see that we are making progress. My goal is to have TeamSkeet mentioned in the same breath as Brazzres, Reality Kings, Bangbros, PornPros and Naughty America. We are getting closer but still a long way to go. With you guys we def can!!!

I would like to to try living in a few other cities once my TeamSkeet days are over! Hopefully not for a long time.
Biggest Challenge - I think everyone would mention Tubes as the #1 challenge right now. The fact is though you cant stop/dictate the wants/needs of the end consumer. Our thinking has changed from a porn provider to a high end provider in the likes of HBO or Netflix. We want to provide the best product possible coupled with unbeatable customer service. IF we take care of our members, they will be loyal!
