I am in favor of the death penalty. Not entirely for poor folk criminals convicted of murder, but for people who hold positions of authority / leadership and abuse the trust and responsibility that was given to them.

You want to know my opinion on the death penalty? As long as there is absolutely no doubt in guilt and that it was a murder of malice or hatred, the person should suffer for a very, very, very long time. Let the fucker die in the most inhuman way possible. But instead of wasting money on them by letting an innocent person kill them, put them on an inescapable island with other proven killers and let the pieces of shit handle each other by themselves. A dream, I know, but we are all allowed.
You want to know my opinion on abortion? It is not my right to say what a woman can do with her body. I've never carried a child around for 9 months, so let them decide by themselves - not a bunch of angry old men following the words of a fairy tale.
You want to know my opinion on gun rights? Sure, let them - but it should be more difficult to obtain a firearm than it should a driver's license. But, any reasonable gun owner should have no problems in this.

I don't care about the morality of it or whether execution works as a form of deterrance. Fuck all that shit. It's this simple: You kill someone in cold blood, we kill you. :wave: Those two animals who raped, strangled and burned the Petit women in Connecticut, for example, not only deserve to die, they deserve to die screaming in agony. If we're so worried about executing the "wrong person," remember that the process by which we assign guilt isn't perfect and DOES NOT invalidate the punishment itself. Most of the time we get it right. Correct our judicial system, amend the laws, use DNA evidence, whatever it takes to be certain. Then fry the motherfuckers like bacon and eggs.
