anyone know how to figure out why my computer sorta locks up for like 2 seconds while i am typing? it will also lock up or freeze for only 2 seconds while a page/screen loads up. it happens every couple of seconds while typing. i have run an ad-aware scan and ran my internet security (mcafee) scan and it hasn't changed. i don't know what else to do.
also when i go to shut down or restart i always get one of those messages where you have to click "end now" because the program couldn't shut down or something.if i do not click "end now" my computer will not shut down/restart properly and just stays in the "shutting down screen" and nothing happens and i have to manually hold the power button in to power down. any help or info would be appreciated
