The problem is my internet connection. My Modem has the four yellow light on it that are supposed to be lit up all the time and the one orange one below them that is blinking. Often, the yellow lights will disappear and the top one will stay solid and the second one down will start blinking. I always have to Wait for all of the lights to come back on. Sometimes it will last for 2 seconds, or 3 minutes, or 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
I have replaced the power source and the other two cables, thinking that would do it and it did not do anything. I thought it might have something to do with the cable to the TV being plugged into a splitter, but it was not that. I even phoned techies.
The techies just tell me to unplug everything and Wait 30 minutes and then plug it all back in and everything will be working fine. But it never does. They replace my modem, but that did nothing at all.
The funny thing was that my modem worked fine when I was living in another city, but as soon as I moved into my new apt. in a new city I have been having these stupid connection problems.
I can even still be able to use my messenger but have no internet connection LOL
I wonder if this has anything to do with my firewall or proxy settings?
I hope you guys/gals can help me with this
