Another good one. But successful is a better term than intelligent . A lot of very intelligent people wind up nowhere through bad decisions.
And it doesn't exactly have to be a non white, it could be anybody born poor, or simply just not with a silver spoon.
I guess my point was that I see a lotta victim mentality promotion and disdain encouragement coming from the schools, media, politicians too.
And not enough positive encouragement. Instead of wasting energy concentrating on who's fault it supposedly is there should be more emphasis put on cramming into their heads that they can achieve a lot, especially when theyre 18.

i still say communism is a excellent theory, but it was abused in practise and people don't have the highest level to understand and respect others if there's not someone over them.

capitalism is worse than communism, you can see it from the crisis we have nowadays, it's an artificial crisis, they fire workers, why? because the owner got rid from his lambo and wants a ferrari, they claim to have loss, but when they are checked they have good earnings. is this better for you? capitalism is about property, and it makes property more important than the humans life, while communism balanced that, so people wont kill each other for property.

it's not an excellent theory; it's flawed at it's core because it discounts human nature and common sense. what incentive is there to work hard when it doesn't benefit you anymore than the person who is working less?

To be fair, capitalist nations have done the same thing; if a nation is tyrannical and communist it doesn't mean all its tyrannical acts happen because of communism. Has Cyprus ever shot emigrants? How often did James Connolly advocate labour camps? And on the other hand--how often have the Saudis or the Israelis shat over human rights; and when they do, is it because of capitalism? When America was lynching blacks, conducting mass uninformed medical experiments like Tuskegee or drugging its own citizens as part of MKULTRA, was that because of capitalism? I can't take the political opinion of anyone who cannot differentiate theory and action seriously.
But it can't be a coincidence that the greatest episodes of democide (murder by government) in the 20th century have all occured under communist governments. Between the Soviet Union, China, Cambodia et al. an estimated 110 million people were murdered by the state which absolutely dwarfs anything Hitler did in sheer scale if not ruthlessness and can't even be compared to the atrocities commited by the U.S. government, as it were. Mass murder and tyranny seem to go hand in hand with communism as it's been practiced.

Communism as it has been practised has, in most case, been by imposition than choice--there have been places where socialist and communist parties have been peacefully elected but most times a minority movement has seized power by revolution. In that case, it's hard not to see that a minority imposing a view upon society would grow to use increasingly despotic methods to control their population. That's how it happens in places like Syria, Pinochet's Chile, apartheid South Africa or white-ruled Rhodesia, etc etc etc, where brutal totalitarianism is the tool used to retain power. You'll see it with a lot of communist states because the movement to shift to a whole new economic model has initially required the exertion of a lot of power, and all power corrupts--create any one-party system with no checks and balances with a secret police and a huge army to back it up and it'll end up with gross human rights violations. The actual ideology behind communism neither requires nor condones the things done in its name, but we continue to blame a belief for the actions of its believers (think of it this way: every Christian nation has committed atrocities, is the bible responsible?).
