Britain, Scotland and Wales(probably less so) are already pretty cosmopolitan as well as the rest of europe.

Whenever people come to a country and their numbers are low at first they are very friendly and humble. Wait until they become a majority. No more Mr. niceAfrican. But that would be true for anybody I guess. I have seen white people be openly racist when it was a large group of whites and only a couple blacks. I notice it with mexicans. Ten years ago a mexican would be the friendliest person you could meet around here, but there numbers were low. Now they are everywhere. These kids will walk right out in front of your car and ignore you with a smile on their face I swear to god they will catch me in a junker one day I'm not worried about wrecking. Naturally anybody is going to be more bold in large groups. Some of them even cut some black ladies head off.
