cosby was somewhat ousted by both hollywood and many of the black society about 10 years ago when he started pointing out that many blacks need to be responsible for thier own lives and stop blaming whites and society for their problems.
he was direct and gave some examples many didnt like and he was not liked because of it.
seems jesse and sharpy have more appeal, just blame blame blame.
bill cosby like rush limbaugh have said many times basically we wish all success, but to be successful one must at least try.

An Email has been circulating, and posted to many web sites, claiming that Bill Cosby wrote a platform for his 2012 Presidential candidacy, which has been reproduced below:

Not counting the stuff that has been falsely attributed to him here the problem with Cosby is that he gets a lot of stuff right, more than a lot of celebrities out there and enough that he deserves to be taken seriously on a lot of issues. However, with that he also seems to often say things that are either hypocritical, or things that are detached from reality and doesn't make sense in the real world because he has been elite and hasn't had to live in the real world for so long he's probably forgotten what it's really like. He seems like the person that is so sure of himself that he’s lost the ability to step back and think about all of what he says, and the fact that he‘s actually right a good portion of the time probably help that.

On his official Facebook page Cosby has denied writing this platform saying:

"My comments yesterday were specifically written to address the Write-in for President Platform, which is a hoax. I did not write or have anything to do with the "Bill Cosby’s Platform" circulating on the Internet. This has been falsely attributed to me."
