The number 1 cause of hangover pain for me is the dehydration, so thats the first thing i try to take care of. Gatorade works best for me, and I find it really speeds up the healing process. Pretty much in order i need

1.Sleep
2.Gatorade
3.Food
4.A hot shower
5.More sleep, and more Gatorade as needed.

I'm usually on a toilet, shitting out blood (or puking out blood) but that's just me. Just getting as much fluids in the boy and getting the bad poisons out is probably best option.
