The number 1 cause of hangover pain for me is the dehydration, so thats the first thing i try to take care of. Gatorade works best for me, and I find it really speeds up the healing process. Pretty much in order i need

1.*****
2.Gatorade
3.Food
4.A hot shower
5.More *****, and more Gatorade as needed.
