The Israeli elections will be two after Netanyahu's trip to Washington. Obama is not meeting him because he doesn't want to influence the Israeli elections. I doubt Netanyahu will make the rip to Washington. The Israeli opposition and media would destroy Netanyahu, for traveling to Washington that close to the Israeli.
