Any Vegetarians or almost Vegetarians Out there?

I just read several MMA fighters don't eat meat and they are ripped and explosive. I myself eat meat or fish 1 time a week only....also I guy I used to date said being Veggie made his tool stonger and he could last longer! I think he was right. HAHA!
 
MMA fighters need protein no matter what, so im guessing they take a supplement. they aren't ripped cause of veggies, LOL! i doubt veggies made his dick stronger nor the power to last longer. its all mental. masterbation alone help me to control my erection as well as when i want to come plus a good sense of will power and im not a vegetarian.

No. I love meat. But I also love fruits and vegetables. Hell...I even drink vegetable juice!
 
I worked too hard to get to the top of the food chain to give up meat.
 
We eat a vegetarian dish @ least once a week and also fish once a week. The human body isn't designed to eat meat every day. It isn't very healthy.
 
Red meat twice a week, fish twice a week, poultry or game bird twice a week, vegetarian one night a week.

Work out 5 mornings a week for an hour.

Works for me.

Fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes all contain protein.
100 calories of spinach contains more protein than 100 calories of steak.
Learned this in my nutrition class in 2005.

Did you also learn about context and reality in this class?

100 calories of spinach might have a little bit more protein than 100 calories of steak. But an ounce of spinach has MUCH less protein than an ounce of steak.

You would need to eat nearly half a kilo of steamed spinach to get 100 calories worth.

P.S. I eat veggie about 3-4 days of the week and was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for 15 years.

I love veggies especially if they are fresh out my garden, I raise all natural organic stuff like Beets, Turnips, Radishes, Carrots, Sweat Peas, Corn, Fava Beans, Zucchini, Cucumber, Lettuce mix, Tomatoes, Etc. I've thought bout going Vegetarian but the Carnivore in me won't let that happen :dunno:
