Has anybody seen Chael Sonnen make a fool of himself? I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this idiot yet. The guy completely backs out of what he said on live television, and then tries to blame Canadian socialism on the accusations. What a fuckin tool. I love it. This is what UFC needs. Bad guys.

I agree with you (except for the steroids bit, had he disclosed it before his fight he may not have been suspended). As much as i hate this guy I actually think he's good for the UFC, he gets people's emotions riled up, whether you want to see him win or lose you still want to see his fight. If he gets past Bisping in his next fight he'll face Anderson Silva and that will be the UFC's most anticipated fight of 2012

Has anybody seen the commercial for the upcoming GSP / Nick Diaz fight? Does anybody know what song is playing in the background of that commercial? that song is so kickass in that commercial? I wanna know who the hell that is. :dunno:

No that's the problem I couldn't find the commercial on Youtube to post it. but its alright, My Moms of all people knew the song after she heard the 1st 2 bars of the song. its the "house of the rising sun" by the Animals ! lol.. I couldn't believe it, My Moms nailed it. I was so frustrated, I turned to my moms and said "maybe you know the song its an oldie" and I turned it on and she got it before they even started singing.

Its just mixes witht he commercial in a hard kind of way!! its an awesome commercial IMO. :2 cents:

Yep, Yep I used to hate ND then I realized he's just a BADASS and I love that. I also used to HATE GSP!! but he's so good I respect the hell out of him. I really hate that ceremonial shit he wears to the ring, its pretty annoying, just too me, I :dunno: why it rubs me the wrong way the way it does, but when I see him coming to the ring I just wanna see him get his ass beat. lol. :eek: great fighter though. :2 cents:

Yep. that's it!! IMO that commercial is hard as hell!! It really sets the tone.. you can tell its gonna be a great fight. I want Diaz to whip dat ASS! :2 cents:

Anybody watch that UFC event tonight? I thought it was a hell of a show - insane that it ended with Anderson Silva breaking his leg on Chris Weidman's shin!

^Yeah, I watched it and the replay of that leg break made me want to puke. Very reminiscent of the Joe Theisman and Kevin Ware injuries. I never want to see any of those replays again.

The show overall was very good, with the highlight for me being the women's match. The crowd was JACKED during that match more than anything else from what I could tell. If you ask me, it should have been the main event.

Ugly break for Spider Silva. Made me think, as I began watching the UFC when GSP, Rich Franklin, Matt Hughes were the big names. I don't follow as closely as I once did, in part because I don't recognize a lot of the names. I am getting old, LoL.

The crowd was live through-out, and especially during the women's match. Miesha Tate couldn't match Rousey in skill, but damn that woman's got heart! And the crowd responded to that through-out their fight. If Rousey is around long enough for Julianna Pena to develop as a fighter more, and if Pena is able to maintain her explosive-ness, that might be what it would take to defeat Rousey - someone that's shockingly able to mow right through her best moves at the beginning and defeats her psychologically as a result. Pena's only had a few fights, but she's fought high-level opponents and made them look weak.
