That's quite odd, right on the heels of her son's death.

hey guys
i have a friend who works for TMZ.com and it appears that it was a suicide along with complications from her health history , ie the pneumonia she suffered last month along with the rest of things she has placed in her body such as the diet pills etc.
regardless of what you think of ms smith please take into consideration that this is a human being who has a daughter that will now grow up without a mother and never know her mother.
its really a sad day regardless of what you might think about her. sure she was a gold digging playmate but death is death and nobody will ever be able to bring her back for her little girl to see.
they might announce something tonight but check with tmz throughout the evening as they were the ones to break the story

Now I suppose we will find out if the guy claiming the little girl is his child was correct in his claims or not. This should speed up the paternity suit and the dna test.
Also maybe the family of the obviously mentally incompitent 89 year old man will get back their millions.....
I wonder if she has any close family left. I think her dads gone and her young son.

As far as I know they haven't released anything on a note or even what/who exactly was in the room or anything. I'm refreshing CNN on here as well as watching local news. Just saw a spokesman (police officer) give QandA session.

Yeah, I haven't heard any cause of death from any credible sources either. I figure it will be a few days 'till they get the coroner's report. I just had to adress that statement about "suicide and health history". It's like saying, "his suicide was brought on by his high colesterol"!:1orglaugh
