Being blunt...and letting my cynical inner self shine through.....NEVER gonna happen. I say this because there is too much money in TREATING the disease. A cure is one and done. Some of the most expensive **** treatments in the world are those that treat AIDS. The **** companies would never allow one of their biggest cash cows to be taken away from them. :2 cents:

Same goes for a cure for cancer.
