The way I see it, you are born black, you have no choice. If they didn't allow black performers into Adultcon, that would discrimination.
But trannies had the choice to be trannies or not, and they chose incorrectly.
It might still be discrimination, but it doesnt exactly matter. It's just a tranny, after all.
no, it is not that simple.
in fact discrimination and not-meeting-requirements are two different things.
for example, if a fat guy who had never played football before, comes to the football team coach, and asks to sign a contract with him - coach most likely will tell him go to hell. cuz he just does not meet the requirements of a football player. but suddenly he starts complaining about discrimination and put a blame on a coach! is this sick? I guess it is.
another example: imagine there is a thematic party in the club, with some special dress code. but one guy decides to come dressed like punk, and starts to cry that it is his right, and that this is discrimination not to let punks to enter this party. wtf?
I can't get a job of a surgeon, cuz I do not meet the requirments (I even never learned this profession). And it never comes to my mind to say that they discriminate me :dunno:
As well as if it was a beauty contest, or any type of casting - its organizers or sponsors have all the rights to use any criteria and requirements they want. If they wanted to make a contest among fat chicks only, they would say "no slim or slender girls allowed". Not cuz slim girls are worse, but just cuz this is thematic contest. Like any fetish thread at freeones board: of course you can post a link to the gallery of Pamela Anderson in the "hot asian chicks thread", but what for?
It is strange to come at the "miss breast" contest with small tits and ask producer to let you to participate in the contest according to the idea of equal rights or whatever else. The same shit here. Producers make the rules, and set the selection criteria. It is normal.
I think it is more about classification and arrangement, which is useful for fans, rather than about discrimination. As well as there are many gay-porn sites, and those who want gay-porn go visit them and do not expect to see straight sex at this sites.
Strict classification just helps you to find exactly the content which you are looking for
"Topical collections" are everywhere in porn. Is a site dedicated strictly to trannies discriminative towards straight sex lovers? Or a site dedicated to asian/black girls? Is it an example of discrimination against white girls? No. It is just kinda thematic clipart.
Or should there be a section for any type of porn at any site? A gay section not to offend gays, a bbw section not to offend fat chicks, a midget section not to offend midget lovers, and so on... I think it is dead end street.
The same shit is with music. Imagine some hip-hop label which is specialized on rap and r'n'b artists. And one day some metal-goth-punk band came to the office of the producer and asked him to sign a contract with them. "No, we are not interested in this genre" would be the reaction. But would it be a discrimination? Hardly.
Real discrimination is when you can't walk through some district of the town without buncha assholes pointing fingers at you and making jokes about color of your skin, or even beating you, saying that "you fucking ***** entered out territory"
If it's a choice, then this is what i have to tell you: it's my life, it's my body and I do whatever I want with it. If you have a problem with it, stay away, I won't care
This industry should be about what gets you off, whether thats girls, guys, transgender, BBWs, twinks, ect. Its all good. Isnt porn about having fun and sex ?
So, if someone wanted to open a booth that was dedicated to pissing and shit eating, would you feel the same way?
Common sense tells us that the bad odor would interfere with other people's experiences at the place. Now tell me, how is a tranny booth going to interfere with your experience, especially when you do have booths that cater just to your taste in porn? Your personal dislike or phobia of trannies is making you sound quite nonsensical. So, if someone wanted to open a booth that was dedicated to pissing and shit eating, would you feel the same way?

I do stay away.
And I will continue to do so.
Your assumption that I have a phobia of trannies is making you sound quite nonsensical.
I grew up in the city that has the 2nd highest number of gay people per capita in the entire United States and I currently live in Chicago, which is flooded with all types of gender-orientations and sexualities. I have been surrounded by "weird" shit for my whole entire life. Nothing surprises me and I don't have a phobia for anything that isn't straight, in the sense of sexual orientation.
I didn't assume anything. I said "your personal dislike OR phobia of trannies is making you sound nonsensical." You were completely sympathetic to the idea of rejecting trannies and their fans from that event, so obviously you have a personal dislike towards them. Living in a diversed city doesn't make you exempt from having prejudices and phobias. And United States is very sexually repressed in general to begin with...
We already have to deal with people that share your neantherdal thinking and wont f*ck off!
I wonder why...
HAHAHA, you didn't assume anything? Yet, you say that I "obviously have a personal dislike" of trannies, even though I have never said anything close to that. That's funny.
Please show me where I have said anything about a supposed dislike or prejudice against trans-sexuals...
Unfortunately, live events aren't the internet. Maybe this convention is denying transsexual performers because the majority of the crowd would be turned off by such a thing. On the internet, you can choose what you look at. But, when you go to that convention, you are forced to be exposed to everything that is there, including the transsexuals.
They probably don't want to risk turning the majority of their crowd away by having a bunch of transsexuals running around.
Why are you so understanding of them? Is it because you accept the notion that transgender people are "freaks" and is normal to be freaked-out if seeing one? That's how people viewed gays and even blacks (as much as they may dislike the comparison) not too long ago.Personally, I think they should allow ALL performers, but I can completely understand why they wouldn't want transsexuals to be there.
When I wrote that message, I confused you with a different poster, "jayrak" to be exact. My apologies, I am human after all.
However this is what you said:
This is not an event dedicated exclusively to the desires of chauvenistic heterosexual men. They have gay and lesbian related booths, which will turn off most heterosexuals (in many cases, more than tranny related booths).
Why are you so understanding of them? Is it because you accept the notion that transgender people are "freaks" and is normal to be freaked-out if seeing one? That's how people viewed gays and even blacks (as much as they may dislike the comparison) not too long ago.
Then you come and ask if shit and piss lovers would have the option to have a booth. If you pretend on equating transsexuals and their fans having a booth with people who like shit and will most likely inundate the place with bad odor, therefore physically interefering with other people's experiences, then you don't have to explicitly say you dislike trannies for us to be able to discern that from your messages.
If you were able to think deep, you wouldn't wonder, you would know why.
My point, and I'll get to it, is that someone in charge at Adultcon has standards that might or might not jibe with what some people feel is correct but it is not an actionable offense
