Adding Moderators to the Mod Squad! (App Deadline Nov. 28)

It's that time again! I'm looking to add a few more bodies...um, members, to the FreeOnes Mod Squad!

Please read up on the Job Description and Qualifications below to see if you're what I'm looking for!

Job Description:

• Keeping the board spam free
• Putting stray threads in the right section
• Answering questions and help guide new members
• Helping people follow the board guidelines
• Resolving conflicts between members in a reasonable manner

What we're looking for in a Moderator;

One of the most important qualifications for this round of applications is that you DO NOT mind moderating the 'For the Curious' section. In otherwords, you don't mind interacting with shemale and gay porn nor the folks who are enjoying this particular flavor of kink. Other Qualifications are as follows:

• A regular, contributing member who has been on the board a minimum of 6 months
• No infractions or bans for the past 6 months
• Good english skills
• Knowlege of the board rules
• The ability to be flexible (ie knowing when to reprimand someone or to give them a warning)
• The ability to remain unbiased so you can carry out your duties, even if this means reprimanding "board friends"
• The ability to follow the directions of FreeOnes Team Members and take constructive criticism when needed to improve yourself
• Able to commit to at least 6 hours a week of moderating

If you feel that I just described you, and you're able to commit to a volunteer position as a Moderator, please email me the answer to the following questions. Remember, being on FreeOnes for years, being the 'most popular' member, or the loudest spoken isn't going to get you the position if you can't follow directions:

1.) Do you mind working with gay or shemale content? This means having to moderate gay and shemale attachments.

2.) Where do you live? What time zone?

3.) Can you commit to at least 6 hours a week of moderating?

4.) Are there days you absolutely can't get online to moderate?

5.) Are you a currently a moderator on any other board?

6.) Why should you be made a moderator? (tip, I'm not looking for a novel but I also expect more than 5 words)

It's for the whole board, but they have to be cool with doing the 'for the curious' section too. Since attachments all go to one queue, and trouble makers will pop up in that section, there's no way of totally avoiding the content coming from that section. I'm not going to make a handful of mods do more work than the others because a few refuse to touch that stuff.

If we are getting more moderators, i can't see a problem with it. This is a big forum and it has a lot of members.
If you don't break the rules then there should be no problem with more moderators
