I can't see that happening.
Could happen, but North Carolina is prone to doing the same thing. This game could end up being real ugly.
Me too. Especially since the review officials blew that last Notre Dame touchdown call. That guy was not in when he went down.
What's really funny is if they had gotten the call right, Notre Dame would have probably punched it in on the next play, chewed more time off the clock, and Stanford most likely would have then lost.
However, something struck me at the end. I got to thinking what if Notre Dame had won, but ended up getting shut out of the playoffs. The Irish faithful would have bitched long and loud over that. Maybe enough to the point to force the playoffs to expand to 8 teams at some point in the near future.
Oh well, now we'll never know. :2 cents:

Well I suppose now we'll never really know, but I'd rather face MSU than the Ohio State team that finally showed up today. Whatever the case, congrats to the Spartans. It's interesting that we've got posters here who are big time boosters for both Big 10 championship game teams :thumbsup:

bama and auburn hate each other so bad you throw the records out the window. they play on sheer hatred. i find it funny that our scud out of the sec keeps the number 1 team on the ropes all night. i am still trying to figure out what Clemson did that was so impressive? i may be wrong but i feel like any team in the top 5 below them could expose them for the cream puff smasher they are. Notre Dame is the only team they beat that had a chance...and Stanford said last night that wasnt no hard job. if we had a 10 team playoff...Clemson would be the first team eliminated
i was watching TCU and Baylor and i never in my life seen such a mess. it went from a football game to a greasy pig chase. pouring down rain and 20% by the end. me and the camera man thought the TCU cheerleaders was the show in them wet shorts. he just kept flashing the scene lol.

So why is it that nobody is giving the BIG TEN credit for having a great year? Oh that's right because they don't want to admit that the SEC sucks donkey balls. Half of the top six is BIG TEN bitches. If they don't get two teams into the playoffs they have a legitimate beef. The winner of the Championship game and Ohio State should make it. Who's setting up the bowl game pool this year?
If everyone would like to take part in a Bowl Challenge, I will set one up. I was planning on asking in the next few days how everyone felt about having one this year. For me it gives me a reason to take interest in some games that otherwise I would not care about. I just wish I was able to give a prize to the winner but they can just rub in the fact they are the winner.
Based on the newest rankings you're right, it won't. Probably a mix of wishful thinking and lack of respect for the "no defense" big 12 on my part.
