Damn! Sparty is way too banged up on the O-line and secondary but Conner Cook is a fucking stud. Indiana got way too many calls or more precisely non calls in the second half. At least they get a week off so that they can go a week without another injury.

Oh, How I Hate Ohio State. Those motherfuckers are the devil. Then again, Rutgers does not belong in the B1G (neither does Maryland, Penn State). USC looked pretty good but I still hate them. Florida State losing to GA Tech made me happy. Iowa will move up a little, which is nice.

Hmm...we had trouble with the Scarlet Knights. The Bucks ran all over them. Is there any way we can convince Gene Smith to convince Urban to start Jones again? Please?

i agree on a a loss would kill either but the reason their offense has racked up 60 points a game is because they have not faced a team with a in your face defense. IMO they both will eliminate themselves before the year is over. most teams that get a 30 point lead sit the starters down and start swapping numbers. they both just keep pouring it on. baylor has okie and okie st back to back. then tcu . noway they can live through that. tcu has to lick that same calf. same way with bama and lsu...maybe? bama hasn't beat Penelope yet (tenn) ?

WACO, Texas -- Baylor quarterback Seth Russell fractured a neck bone near the end of the Bears' 45-27 win over Iowa State, the school announced.......THIS would be what i meant by sitting your starters down ...near the end. SO many reasons why you do that. to me that is golden its like taking a shower...you just do it! without even thinking about what happens if you dont.

My ankles are sensitive, so the authorities let me wear one around my unit :)

All right, here's the wild & whacked out bodie top 10 for week 7

1) Alabama
2) Ohio State
3) LSU
4) Stanford
5) Michigan
6) Clemson
7) Michigan State
8) Baylor
9) Florida
10) Memphis
10 1/2) Iowa

lol bodie...we see 2 things alike.....TCU dont belong in the top 10...and Memphis is better than i thought. i watched Memphis last week ...they have peyton manning jr. for a QB. if this guy dont get hurt....he will be playing on sunday before long. and something tells me WV will expose TCU this week. i knew they were paper ever since Minnesota had them on the ropes the very first game. if you have a offense that can score 70 points...a pretty good defense will keep you in the race but their defense is not even pretty good. i still have a gut feeling about florida. to have lost their QB last week with only a week to prepare the new guy for the bayou at night. i thought hanging as tough as they did was a win. if florida dont lose anymore i dont think lsu can do that again in atlanta. then we have that bama team...o that bama team has pissed me off this year. they may decide to start the B team against lsu ??? who knows. as far as NO TELLING what they might do...bama is #1 in that poll for sure.

Miami firing Al Golden seems a little odd to me because people in Florida usually fire way too early. College Game Day is going to be in Philly for the ND vs Temple game. If they need help with shooting they might want to call Marvin Harrison.

Moving to a trailer in Fife, AL.
Al Golden needed to go. Program had maxed out under him. Recruit kept coming, players got drafted, but, like North Carolina, they couldn't put it all together consistently.

It will be interesting to see the first committee rankings on Tuesday. With three of the top six teams having a bye and TCU having the only easy win in the top ten so far it could be cluster fuck. Add on top of that a committee member pulling out. Ace, your Hawkeyes should have never let the Terps get back into that game. It was still a double digit win but it could have been a statement game.

I went to The Sporting Life lounge all the way across town to go to an I-club watch party. I left before kickoff. I suppose it's a nice enough place but it had Ohio State decor all over. And yeah, they shouldn't have let up. That would have been a great game to run up the score and get the second string some experience in garbage time.

That ND Temple game was not what I expected, either. ND isn't really playing inspired football.

Michigan handling the fightin' Kills wasn't unexpected.

Dat last play the U ran, though. Holy dog shit! I think that's the first time in the history of things that the multiple lateral kickoff return has actually worked since "The Game" in 1982.

Iowa State 27 Texas 0. I'll just let that sit there for a while.

I misspoke earlier, it was 5 out of the top 7 that had byes. Anyway it should be interesting come Tuesday none the less. I can see the emotions running high and going for the win but at home I think I try my luck in OT.

Nikkala made me do it!
it may look different in a few weeks but at the moment i think 4 teams is not enough is shining brightly. if it ended tomorrow would be a lot of teams that get the door shut in their face.
