Also, mighty quiet from Mr Ry, today. Purdue is getting pretty soundly beaten by Toledo.
Yeah, I was at the game
again because I'm an idiot. I still thought and hoped (even today in the 4th quarter) that we could turn it around and be a decent team. But no, that's not going to be the case.
Robert "Bob" Marve went down in the 2nd quarter with what is being called a "career ending" ACL tear. So, if you're scoring at home, we've now lost our starting QB, #1 RB, and #1 WR to ACL tears this year. Awesome.
We looked like garbage all day long. Coach Hope should be fired. This team doesn't have an identity. We're not a passing team anymore, we can't run the ball, and our defense can't stop anybody.

It's very frustrating.
The highlight of today was seeing Robbie Hummel, JaJuan Johnson, and E'Twaun Moore on the field during half time with some of the Purdue HOF inductees. Gene Keady also received a hell of an ovation. Captain Combover is very revered in these parts - 6 time National Coach of the Year.
Well, all I have to look forward to now is watching the Irish lose. Fear the Tree!
