I wouldn't want to be Otmar Hitzfeld right now.

Switzerland drew their first game with Israel after being in front with 0-2
and yesterday they managed to lose from Louxembourg in their home.:scream:

Nice going Mr. Hitzfeld:rofl:

With love,
Otto:bowdown:

I think when sides struggle at international level, they pull out all
the stops by trying to bring a high profile manager in.

But it still doesn't solve the issue that they need some new talent
in the squad :)

Switzerland have been good for quite a few years, then it comes back down to earth with a bang. Well done to Louxembourg in a rare win, think it was there first win in 60 games.

Santos won't relegate. They only need to bring Pele Spirit to the team again then watch Santos' big impact.

I love all major Brazillian clubs and for some unknown and weird reasons, i feel myself as a Palmeiras fan.
Santos played brilliant tonight... here is the link of the news of the game and video of the highlights!!

Your Palmeiras did good today too.. they beat Cruzeiro 1-0 away and Gremio lost... 3 points behind now!!

Arsenal did well at the weekend by demolishing Blackburn away 4-0 :D

Keep up the good work!!

Blackburn are poor this year at the back and Ince looks out of his depth, wouldn't surprise me of he was out of a job by the start of next season or at the very least brings in an older head to help him on coaching staff.

^^ Wait until Grella gets settled.

Emerton had a sterling game against Arsenal. Just a shame the team couldn't convert his amazing crosses into goals. I like Blackburn. I hope they do well.

Big teams can struggle sometimes, and they back in town stronger and brighter. That is what makes team a big team. Even if you forget a sufficient league positin for Libertadores Cup for this season. Next season, they will blow the opponents' goals.

Turkish League still sucks! :crash: I need to move to Brazil or Argentina to watch "the football".

I hope they do well also as they are a decent club with good players, it just seems as though the players aren't responding to Ince and if most of the players don't like or respond to Ince then it doesn't matter how well 1 or 2 players play.
Think they will be safe but they won't have a good season.

It's good to be the king...

Meanwhile, at White Hart Lane....the Spuds assault on the top four of the Premiership....goes somewhat awry....

Tottenham 1-2 Aston Villa

Aston Villa condemned Tottenham to their worst start to a Premier League campaign with a victory that leaves Spurs winless and bottom of the table.

tomorrow Juve vs Zenit... great match!!

Kleber Parreira plays very very good! Fluminense?! Pffh! :D
he's a very good player... if he scored that goal from far away it would be amazing to see one goal like that in the stadium... he scored 62% of the goals Santos scored in the Championship!

Gremio is the 1st in the League Table but I think they have a very weak team... I think Palmeiras, Cruzeiro, Sao Paulo and Santos have the best teams in Brazil... Santos is not in the top of the Championship now because of our loss to America in the quarter-finals of the Libertadores Cup... after this match the players were still thinking about that loss when they were playing for the first matches of Brazilian Championship... now we're going up... I still believe we can make it to the Libertadores Cup next year!

Ohhh... I know there's one Santos player, Rodrigo Tabata, on loan to Gaziantepspor and I saw on Goalzz.com that he scored 2 goals in his first 2 matches... waht is the Turkish media saying about him??

Everybody is amazed! Totally!

That man will move to Besiktas, Galatasaray or Fenerbahce within two seasons. He can also move to Europe by making Antep quite a rich team. ;)

I'm glad that he scored and fucked Fenerbahce, i am really glad. Aragones & Fenerbahce suck.

I'm focued on Tabata and will inform you the latest news about him.:)

amazing goal by Del Piero today... 1-0 is a good result against the current Uefa Cup champions!

very nice... I know he's on loan 'till end of 2009... at least they will want him permanently and we'll get some money... Tabata had an amazing year back in 2005 with Goias FC and then Santos signed him in 2006 and he did a good year but in 2007 he was playing very bad as well as beginning of 2008 and then with the arrival of Molina, Michael and Robson he lost his position and now he is in Turkey... if he plays like 2005 and 2006 I'm sure he'll amaze the Turkish!

Champions League is back and already has a shock as Roma go down 2-1 to Romania's Cluj.

In UEFA Cup Galatasary require a 95 minute strike to win 4-3 away at Bellinzona
Everton draw 2-2 at home to Standrard, great result for Liege with the 2 away goals.
