Without Adebayor, RvP, Sagna, Gallas(?), Rosicky, Walcott...how is Arsenal supposed to beat the mancs this weekend? It's almost ridiculous how under-manned the team will be this weekend.

I say give Man U the 3 points by default (and save us from getting humiliated on TV)....:o

I don't even get it on TV here. We get fucking Portsmouth v Sunderland i think. Sunderland has been on 2 weekends in a row here!! WTF?

I think we're going to get clobbered tomorrow if manure puts out the A+ lineup. They might rest some players. If manure rests Tevez and berbatov...hmm. Maybe we can keep it close. If they put everyone out it might be ugly.

Silvestre has a damn broken nose too and may not play....what are we going to do--pull gooners out of some pub and throw a shirt on them in order to have enough healthy players?

The Arsenal kids have been better than the established players for a while so they have a shot.

Eboue Toure Djorou Clichy

Ramsey Fabregas Song Diaby

Bendtner Vela

Not a bad defence, Sagna may be back, was on bench midweek.
Those midfielders have played well when used
Vela looks a touch of class and Bendtner needs to prove himself.
I reckon that team will give Man United a decent game

Nikki Benz: Simply the best #1!!
Juve played brilliant against Real last Wednesday.. great victory at the Bernabeu!!

hey Funkwerkz... Palmeiras beat Santos last Sunday 2-1 in the last minute... but you know... I wasn't so furious because of the goal in the last minute... because at least Palmeiras is 1 point behind Sao Paulo (I hate them) and I want Palmeiras to become the champion... anyone but Sao Paulo and Palmeiras is the one in the first positions that can take the title away from Sao Paulo!!

Even though I hate man u, I will say with confidence and bitterness that that formation you laid out has no chance to beat man u's A+ team.

I think you're giving half of that lineup a LOT OF CREDIT. Is Samir Nasri injured? Surely he'd be starting ahead of Ramsey...

To paraphrase a certain manager:

"Football, f*cking hell"

Samir Nasri scored twice as Arsenal beat Manchester United 2-1 in a pulsating Premier League encounter at the Emirates Stadium.

I still don't believe the result - and I watched it!!! Nasri I salute you!!!!

(still pissed off with the Spuds result though...)

So much for that prediction :D Football is a funny old game

You can say that again! Before the game I would have taken a point, but to come out with three is unbelievable!!

That is why they play the game....GOOONERS!

It looks like Gallas and Walcott were fit enough afterall. It sounds like the game was an incredible one...exciting..top-level play...damn. Why the hell was this one on so early!!

tartanterrier

Is somewhere outhere.
I think they weren't on a lot of pressure to do anything and so Man U were more
for the taking as they were under pressure to get a result.

But if the Gooners manage to claw themselves back into the title race.Could
they pull it off again at Old Trafford :dunno:

Turkish super-derby is over. Fenerbahce defeated Galatasaray with a 4-1 score in Kadikoy Sukru Saracoglu Stadium. Uruguayan Lugano and Brazillian Deivid scored amazing goals. First goal came from Galatasaray in the 2nd minute. :D Poor reds!

Deivid is a great player... some people from the press here says he will sign with Corinthians next year... I hope not!!

Your Palmeiras lost tonight to Gremio "Gaymio"... I hate 'em!!:mad:

The Arsenal kids cruise through to the next round of the Carling Cup with a convincing 3-0 win over Wigan at the Emirates Stadium. :D

Vela's chipped goal was a screamer. Was good to watch the re run after the crap I had to sit through at Pittodrie and restore my faith in football.

I think Maradona will last 2 weeks in the job.

Looks like Theo Walcott is lost for atleast 1 month, maybe 3. That's about fitting, isn't it? Arguably the best player for Arsenal ends up getting a long-term injury. All that's needed now is for RvP to come up lame with another mysterious leg/foot injury for 6 months and this season will be complete.

Rosicky and Eduardo may be back soon if by soon I mean January. But is it really fair to just assume that both of those players will IMMEDIATELY DOMINATE from day 1? Bendtner looks more like a good substitute rather than a starter. Cesc needs to pick up his play and Eboue needs to try to score goals too. Oh, he's injured too. Nevermind.

I really don't know what to make of anything. The January transfer window seems like a long way off. I like the idea of De Rossi coming over but I don't like Iaquinta. He seems like a misfit for Arsenal's style of play.
