Some of my best meals from recent France trip. Cote de Boeuf for 2 at Chez Robert et Louise in Paris. They pack the steak in goose fat for 5 days prior to cooking it in the fireplace in the dining room. They leave nearly all the fat on and it is outstanding!

Cauliflower rice. I cut starch out of my diet completely and feel 10000x better since. I make cauliflower fried rice 2 or 3 times a week with onion, garlic, pepper and broken egg with shrimp chicken or beef. you can barely tell the difference from regular rice this way.
