Some of my best meals from recent France trip.

Cote de Boeuf for 2 at Chez Robert et Louise in Paris. They pack the steak in goose fat for 5 days prior to cooking it in the fireplace in the dining room. They leave nearly all the fat on and it is outstanding!

Razor Clams in Garlic Parsley Butter!! My absolute favorite thing here and I start bugging the chef weeks before I arrive to make sure they have them!

Cepe mushrooms in a mushroom reduction that is incredible with an egg yolk. Its like eating steak and its fucking yummy!

These mushrooms look fantastic! My single pet peeve would be the eggshells for decoration, I would ask to keep that out, but hey, artists have their own standards, and if the chef cooks divine, better not offend him ^^

I love checking in here and get inspired for my next meals

the egg shell actually had an egg yolk in it that you pour over the mushrooms and stir, and it gets cooked by the cast iron. makes it rich and sooo good :) Cepes mushrooms are my favorite. There were 2 american women that were arguing that there had to be meat in the mushrooms. They are that meaty. so fucking good!

Fried crab raviolis or wontons as we would know them here in the US. Kinda like crab rangoon but stuffed with King Crab and cream cheese and fucking crazy good!

Culinary wizardry! I'm often surprised and amazed with what is done with food.
 
When I was in L'Isle-sur-le-Sorgue, France recently I was driving and saw a food truck. I just had to stop and see what a French food truck had to offer. It was a burger truck and it was AMAZING! They had 6 kinds of cheeses and a delicious caramelized onion and bacon jam that was ridiculously good. I got mine with reblochon cheese the onion and bacon jam with lettuce and tomato. Of course the hand-cut fries with a soda and it was all for around $5 USD That's like a sore dick...can't beat it! :)

Wow name calling? I mean visit France and do the most touristy thing there is... take pics of the foreign food truck to show the others back home you visited a French food truck. I didn't even call you idiotic, dumb... but all you did instead of ignore it is call out of the blue two members idiots.

Way to show your classy ways there.
 
lol Well you called me a tourist, which I am not. We both know what you did and anyone who has any history of you and your little friend know you are both trolls, and proudly so I am assuming. And I didn't just take photos of the food truck, I had a burger and fries. My show is about food and travel, so I got a few shots to use of what a French food truck in a very NOT touristy area would be like. Coming from someone who raved over Golden Corral and defended it from being called garbage I wouldn't expect you and your butt buddy to understand.

No. I said tourists love food trucks. Your massive ego made it revolve around which then I indirectly replied I see one tourist.

But since you also insult and bash tourists along with anybody else that doesn't pump helium into your ego attitude. Of course you are upset. But the sooner you figure out it isn't all about you and a public forum is open unless directly stated toward you... the sooner You Might actually seem like a nice and cordial person.

Until then you will just continue randomly verbally attacking and insulting those that you think via ego are involving you.

Sure my tourist loves food trucks was a tongue in cheek comment. But it was your ego that made it all about you.

And I am glad you broughy up Golden Corral. I see you remember it fondly as well to bring it up.
