Please try to clear your cookies and Temporary Internet files in internet explorer: Tools->Internet Options . Then try again. If that doenst work try mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org) and see if that works. IF mozilla works, something is wrong with your IE configuration.

I agree its really a mess. Not to most surfers, but for me as a webmaster/programmer it sucks balls. I probably have to recode 10-20 scripts and programs i did just because of this.
