I made ribs yesterday for dinner guests. I smoked them for a short while with apple/hickory wood mixes, then I slow cooked them in a homemade BBQ sauce for hours. They were, as far as ribs go, delicious.
But it was a lot of work, and you get so messy eating them, and there's not so much meat on them. I just don't think it is worth it.
