You know if that applying to modded Xboxs that people only want to play copied games ?? Or they still just banning the console itself for that keeping XBL accounts open ?
There are a lot of ways to get banned on Xbox live, but they mainly consist of being a dick.
But what this implies to me is that because of the way they plan to register games to accounts, a bought disc based game would also be defaulted on and no longer playable. If you wanna play the game again on a new account, you'd have to buy it all over.
Cheating, hacking, modding, selling, spamming, harassing, impersonating staff, modifying consoles (hardware and software) are certainly the most common reasons I read about.
As I understand it, nothing much has changed, the current COC states that if you are banned for violating any of the rules you lose content and any live time remaining so this is hardly surprising.
I like it.
