what was with the SUPER suplex by cena? he jumped like 6 feet in the air.
i havent had a wrestling game since the N64 and either Bad Blood or WrestleMania so i doubt i will get this game. the graphics look real good but that is me comparing to the old N64!

I understand man, i refused to buy there games for about 6 years, because, well because they sucked. Im more into the physics and i can tell if its for me or not.

That superplex was from another game, did you see the first game? its a few minutes in

The N64 game was way ahead of its time by the way, way ahead of its time :)

I've got Raw playing in the background tonight and up here they seemed to have bleeped out Bret Hart when he fudged up and said WWF instead of WWE. Are they really that concerned about it? It's not like the panda is going to come over the hill with its lawyers because of one slipup.

They bleeped it out in Canada? It's on a tape delay there?

Yeah, it is shown fifteen minutes late here for some reason.

Wow, that's a little weird. You gotta figure though that Bret's gonna mess up a lot and say WWF. The last time he was in WWE in a full-time capacity, they were called WWF.

He's not the only one either. When ever they bring back the 80's stars or any celebrities that were involved with WWF back then they screw up at some point during the show.

well vince is the one that started the fight with wwf.. and he is the that made the mistake...

EXCLUSIVE: Backstage Heat on John Cena For Danielson Tweet
by Nick Paglino
Jun 13, 2010

According to several sources within WWE, John Cena's latest tweet concerning Bryan Danielson's WWE release has garnered Cena quite a bit of heat amongst the boys in the locker room. The general feeling amongst the talent is that they are all part of a major work, as Cena has been curiously outspoken about the release of Bryan Danielson. It is unlikely that a WWE star would ever publicly criticize a decision made by the company, so a lot the guys in the back feel that Cena is in on something that they are not aware of.

I was told that for the most part John Cena's Tweets, as well as many of the Tweets posted by WWE talent, are worked. WWE has told the talent to create Twitter accounts to help reach out to the internet fans as well as help establish the company's online presence.

Amongst speculation that Bryan Danielson's WWE firing was merely a formality, and that he might be brought back after his 90 day no-compete clause expires, John Cena opportunistically decides to post a "rant" about the company's decision to fire him. Red flag alert. Cena has NEVER been critical of a WWE decision in the past, yet he seems to be about this particular managerial choice.

I was told the same red flag was raised when Cena posted a Tweet declaring that he was "behind" the recent push of Evan Bourne. A Tweet like this was most likely done to win the affection of the internet fan base, who largely dislikes Cena, and a vote of confidence for Evan Bourne seems like a vote of confidence for the wrestling purist.

Email Links Linda McMahon Campaign to Danielson Release
by Nick Paglino
Jun 15, 2010

I received the following email two days ago, however I decided to hold off on posting it as it is both unconfirmed and anonymous. This same email is floating around in the inboxes of other internet wrestling media sources, as I noticed that it was CC'd to the addresses of many different online wrestling media outlets. It seems to imply that the Linda McMahon senate campaign was the reason why Bryan Danielson was fired from WWE, and since there has been so much speculation abound as to why he was released, I figured I'd post the email and allow you to be the judge. Furthermore, after speaking with a source inside WWE about this "conspiracy theory," I was told that it might not be very far off from the truth considering the circumstances, so here it is. Keep in mind, the following correspondence is anonymous:

"To whom it may concern;

I am a campaign worker for the Linda McMahon Senate campaign in Stamford, CT and I wanted to pass this information along to you. I am not a "fan" of Mrs. McMahon's family business by any means but I also do not like to see people's livelihoods taken away because of someone's political ambitions.

In regards to the released performer Daniel Brian this decision was made by Mr. David Cappiello the new campaign manager for Mrs. McMahon. After viewing the video of an incident of someone being choked and spat on Mr. Cappiello advised the campaign this could have very negative repurcussions to the campaign as a whole.

It was his decision that many in the media would use this against Mrs. McMahon in her campaign because of it's violent nature and it would bring up memories of the Chris Benoit tragedy which the campaign has tried very hard to distance itself from. He also felt it would significantly hurt her stance on family values to be associated with a product marketed towards children that allowed it's performers to openly spit in the faces of one another. It was this decision that led to the performer being released to show the media that Mrs. McMahon does not tolerate or approve of such behavior.

I am sending this to you from a temporary e-mail address. I will not answer further questions I just thought the truth should be put out there and not this rampant speculation. You can chose to print this or not, I leave that entirely to you."

Go Gail Kim in the fatal 4 way.... go girl....

Too bad she didn't even get a chance to wrestle last night! Don't get me wrong, I love me some Gail Kim but I honestly think she's not gonna win. I still believe that Vince has this thing about wrestlers leaving (good or bad terms) and then coming back. Who can anyone say that left and came back and was a top star again?
:dunno:

Jeff Hardy.

Ok, you got me with that one, but you know the point I'm trying to make.

Seriously though I know exactly what you mean. The only reason that Jeff Hardy was able to break through is because he's so damn popular. So many fans (including me) wanted to see Jeff grab the top spot and Vince really had no choice but to pull the trigger.

Granted he had very short title reigns, he still has 3 World Championships under his belt and if he does end up coming back to WWE, I have no doubt that he'll be at that level again.

Everyone else pretty much gets thrown by the way side unfortunately. The only reason Vince signs them is to get them away from the competition, even though they reached the top spot as a member of the competition.

He has Christian, a former NWA World Champion and a long running ECW World Champion; Christian should be in the title hunt more and in the Fatal-4-Way.

R-Truth, another former NWA World Champion; hopefully his US title run isn't his last and hopefully he can reach higher. Doubtful though.

Gail Kim, a former Women's Champion and Knockout Champion. Vince could have easily given her the Divas Championship and marketed her as the only woman in wrestling to hold all 3 major singles titles.

Of course Vince would never acknowledge the Knockouts Championship on the air but hell they recognize most of Ric Flair's Championships so why not Gail.

If not that then they could have made her the first woman to hold both the Women's and Divas Championships. Instead that honor went to Michelle McCool, then Mickie James and then Melina.

Then on top of that Gail doesn't even win the tournament for the vacated Divas Championship. Although to be fair I'm in love with Maryse so not complaining too much:lovecoupl but then Maryse loses it to Eve.

Bottom line: GIVE GAIL A RUN WITH THE DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP!

he may be coming back again?

I think that Gail Kim is like Rey... not the tallest and biggest and can win... when she was with tna all the talk was her fights with kong...now wwe should market that...

Plus it don't hurt she is hot...

he may be coming back again?

I don't know exactly but you gotta figure that he'll make his way back to WWE at some point. The only reason he left was to rest and TNA gives him a very light schedule. Once he's fully rested though (and legal troubles out of the way) I'm sure he'll want to come back to WWE where he's a much bigger star.

Gail is awesome and, to me, the hottest woman in all of wrestling. But, WWE has decided to make her job. Which sux and makes NO fucking sense whatsoever...

i Hope Maryse wins the title, shes so much of a better diva than Eve, and she plays the bitch very well.
