Also wrestling last night in a singles match was Tyson Kidd ... they kept him over Harry Smith? :crash:

i just dont know if todays fan's would buy into the british bulldog character like I/we did with the british bulldogs back in the day. plus no young fan now gives a shit about being 3rd generation. did you care when your parents spoke about the people from their day? be it sports stars, movie stars, music stars? my dad always talked about baseball players from his youth and i didnt care i had the guys i liked at that time... now (my father has passed away) and i have looked up those players he spoke about and saw their stats or spoke to my older bosses about said players and i realize now my dad was talking great knowledge and i should have listened or AT THE LEAST taken interest and asked more about those players because i never realized the impact they had on the game back then and how they shaped or changed the game for the stars of today.
i doubt kids nowadays watching WWE care how awesome Piper or Flair were on the mic or how textbook and methodical Bret Hart was in the ring.
understand what im saying about the way the WWE is using guys and their character direction.

obviously the Legends are still relevant. why else would the WWE bring them back from time to time....introduce them to a new generation and say "hey these guys are the reason why there is a John Cena, a Randy Orton (a 3rd generation wrestler btw) and so on". if the todays kids didn't care, they wouldn't be cheering for the Legends. ever notice the massive pop Piper gets when he shows up? you can even see little kids clapping. im sure parents today have shown them old matches and taught them who the old timers are.

I just watched the commercial for Summerslam and I noticed Chris Masters is in it. Even though, WWE released him...

Gail Kim was wasted. the best and most beautiful women in all of pro-wrestling she should've been champ! FUCK YOU WWE!!!

Melina and Smith were being wasted.

Masters fucking sux, so no loss there.

I've always found it funny when they'd relases wrestlers. The talented performers get released because the booking/writing team have writer's block. Somewhere, Paul Heyman is laughing.

Gail kim is still doing her apperance this past weekend at hilton head....She did the same thing when she left TnA.. she still went to Dragon con and still wrestle with the knockouts... That shows you how classy she is... The fans is who she really works for and she enjoys meeting fans.... This is why I love her..

Plus that killer asian body....

Yummy....

they do that with the male wrestlers to. guys that SHOULD have been WWF Champion like Mr.Perfect Curt Henning, Ricky Steamboat, Roddy Piper, Davey Boy Smith. Jake Roberts should have atleast held the Intercontinental championship. yet WWE never has a clue that they have a golden ticket in front of them. Curt Henning would have been able to carry that company like no one else. imagine him and Bret Hart having another classic match for the WWF Championship? would have been epic as their matches always were.

So true, sadly...

According to Mark Madden, Gail Kim purposely eliminated herself in the Diva Battle Royal because she already knew she was gonna leave. So I had to check it out for myself...check out at 0:38 mark. (She is in the left turnbuckle with Alicia Fox) She totally does do it! Shame, Gail...at least leave out as a professional. :faceplam:

FYI: Melina does the same thing at the very beginning!

If it doesn't end in a DQ or stalemate or some other stupid story device that drags out this stupid "Who's the real champ?" storyline, then I think Punk will win it. I can't see them taking the title off him just a few weeks after he won it. It would kind of make the last PPV's angle of "I'm winning the title and then leaving" angle even more of a joke than it already turned out to be.

Setting HHH up for another comeback?

Truth interferes and Christian wins?
Does anybody really give a shit about Alberto?
Can we get more wrestlers...enough for a Royal Rumblette?
Should Cole be made to wrestle the winner of the Diva championship match?
Can pro wrestling ever revisit its glory days...when PPVs were worth spending money on?

first of all there too many PPV's. they need to drop some, 4or5 maybe, so storylines and title reigns last longer like the glory days. i am so sick of seeing a new champion every month, especially between the same people. as far as the PunkvCena match goes, i recently read that WWE management may have plans to have Del Rio cash in the MITB briefcase and win the title so he'll be champion when WWE does their upcoming tour in Mexico.:pukey:
